What makes this rental especially unique, however, is the bold blue accent color throughout the space. “I was doing some inspiration scrolling on Pinterest, and I found [a kitchen] that had that bold blue with gold accents— and I just fell in love with it,” Nicole said.
Throughout the rental, you will see this beautiful blue reoccur, offering a pop of color to the modern feel of the space.
“The kitchen is the heart and soul of a home, and we wanted to make both kitchens the focal point and ‘wow’ factor in this home,” Nicole said. Designed for both beauty and functionality, this is best showcased with the cabinets, open concept floorplan, and ample counter space with a 10-foot quartz-top island that seats four. Not to mention a dual-function Keurig coffee bar to complete the package!
Separating the two levels, you will see custom metal fabricated railing, a subtle industrial touch to the space.

Lower level
The lower level kitchen may not have the 10-foot island, but it is still stunning with granite counters, ocean blue backsplash, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, and a fun shiplap accent wall.
The open floorplan is ideal for gatherings or just being able to watch the 75″ TV while cooking in the kitchen. Both primary bedrooms are also equipped with wall-mounted smart TVs that pair well with the king-sized beds.
